Boracay

Another vacation to spend! Where to? How 'bout to the most visited beach in the Philippines - Boracay!

                        (Boracay Airport)

We were carried by a speed boat to Boracay Island for about 3min and then rode a van to the resort.

Day 1: Since we got here earlier than expected, we had breakfast before our island tour.

                      (Sea Breeze Cafe)
Lounged at Boracay Regency's grand lobby while waiting for our tour guide.

                    (BR's grand lobby)
...and here we are on our boat ride to experience island hopping! hop hop we go!

First stop, Crocodile Island! Look at my beautiful wife snorkeling with a 6mos baby in her tummy - Amazing!

          (Crocodile Island snorkeling)

Second stop, Crystal Cove Island! Here you'll find not one (1) but two (2) coves. Yes, you heard me right! It was two coves making the island's name Crystal Coves, I guess.

                         (1st Cove)

Cove 2 is just a few steps away from the first one so we decided to get some photos along the way.

(a small passage to 2nd Cove)

                         (2nd Cove)

Third stop, Lunch at Tambisaan beach!

                            (Tambisaan beach)

Last stop, Ilig-iligan beach! Another place for snorkeling with my bebemon!

                    (Ilig-iligan beach)

We spent the rest of late afternoon gazing sunset while walking the shorelines of Boracay then had another buffet dinner at Sea Breeze Cafe.

We also had the company of my cousin Desiree who's working with one of the famous resto bar in Boracay, Hobbit House!

                             (inside our room)

Day 2: We had alot of free time to enjoy the resort amenities especially the beach! Once we had breakfast and took photos of the resort we went to another awesome location - Puka Beach.

(Stair from hotel leading to beachfront)

          (Breakfast @ Sea Breeze Cafe)

                         (Koi Pond)

                    (BR's grand lounge)

                       (Puka Beach)

After Puka Beach, we then went back to the resort and had lunch. We spent early afternoon lounging under the Sun and experienced Jacuzzi in the resort's pool.

                         (Boracay beachfront)
                         (resort swimmingpool)

We decided to spend the night walking the streets from station 2 to station 1 and had late dinner back at the resort.

                (Resort pool at night)

Day 3: It's our final day here and we can't get enough of the long beachfront so we again took a morning walk before anything else...

If there's one thing I won't forget here, it is definitely the buffet meals! I almost gave up eating!

Bought some souvenirs for ourselves, my cousin and our moms!

      (getting ready for our departure)

My cousin was sad when we were about to leave so we spent our remaining time together again to eat, eat and eat!

(last photo shot with cousin Desiree)

I'm still mesmerized by the beauty of Boracay and I will definitely be back here... sooner!

Coron, Palawan

Time really flies! It was just like yesterday when we made our covenant binded in holy matrimony. We wanted to make it special and private. So here we are celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary in Coron, Palawan.

Arrived an hour earlier than schedule at Busuanga Airport.
(let there be peace on earth)
Day 1: Once we reached the Hotel/Resort, we just took some photos and left our baggage and headed immediately to our first day Island Tour.
(inside our room)

 (boat ride to island hopping)
First stop, Lunch at Binulungan Island! I can't keep my eyes off the grilled fish!

(let me show you the fish!)

Second Stop, Swimming at Hidden Lagoon

(a mixture of hot and cold water)
Our third stop was really breath taking... as in it took our breath away! The way to Cayangan Lake was a minor hiking and halfway you'll witness the most captured view in any online photo of Coron...
(hingal mode)
(peak of the 75m walk to Cayangan Lake)

(Cayangan Lake)
Fourth stop, snorkeling at Twin Peaks!
 (twin peaks)
(fish feeding Eve)
Last stop, CYC Island! Our tour guide told us that this was one of the most sought Island long before it was spoiled by locals. Sand was acquired from this area during the establishment of their local pearl farm.
 (sunset view at CYC)
Day 2: Another day for Island hopping and this time it will take us an hour or two just to get to the location but before that, let's fill our stomach with buffet breakfast. Yummy!
 (kaon nata!)
(scenery atop the resort deck)
(me and my bebemon at Coron wharf)
First stop, Bulog Island. This was where the trending photo of Eve and I on FB was taken!
(read carefully)
Second stop, Banana Island. When we finally got here, a strong wind came blowing away our boat while all of us were trying to find shelter in the many cottages available.
(lunch time together with our friends from Marikina and South Korea)
 (Banana Island)
(this was shot after the rain)
Last stop, Malcapuya Island. We incidentally met Master Butan (from Dragon Ball Z)

(snorkeling on clear waters of Malcapuya)
After a day of sight seeing we decided to have dinner at Kawayanan Grill - a restaurant recommended by our hotel.
(Kawayanan Grill)
(mouthwatering meal)
An evening of quality time well spent with my one and only bebemon before going to slumber.
(porch outside our room)
Day 3: Our last day was spent roaming around the resort enjoying the amenities and all the accommodations.

It was another great vacation! It really was more FUN in the Philippines! Surely we won't get tired enjoying nature's finest. Until next time...
